Purpose
Executive Task Group
Current Chair and Vice-Chair April 1, 2024-March 31, 2025- Ben Brustkern & Luke Barongan
Purpose Statement: The Executive Task Group, with support from the Collaborative Applicant, is responsible for assuring the mission, vision, and values of the Continuum of Care is implemented and policies and standards support preventing and ending homelessness in the COC.
The Board’s Executive Task Group will be comprised of the Board Officers and the Chair of the CoC’s essential Task Groups. Any action taken by this group requires the final approval of the IA BoS CoC Board of Directors. This group does not make final-level decisions during their meetings but provides recommendations to the Board of Directors when appropriate, where action may be taken. This group is responsible for the development and oversight of an outreach plan to reach the full diversity of community partners, including persons/organizations that are not currently members.
